He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and has numerous other certifications. He earned a BS in Kinesiology and a MA in Exercise Physiology at San José St. University.

In Davidson's words, “I believe in helping you become a better version of yourself. Whether your goal is to get stronger or improve your posture, we will work together to help you reach your ultimate goal. After working with me, you will look better, feel great and move more efficiently. When we first meet, we’ll begin with a postural assessment, a movement screen and discuss your goals. From there, I will build an effective program that merges your needs with your goals. Getting started can be daunting, but, with an efficient and effective plan, we will make the first step towards a healthier and fitter you!”
