Former West Valley All-State forward Mustapha Hoff has been selected to the 2023 class of the California Community College Men's Basketball Coaches Association (CCCMBCA) Hall of Fame. Hoff, a member of the 1992 CCCAA state runner-up team that featured five starters who all played at a NCCAA D1 school, went on to an illustrious two years at Oregon St. and an 11-year professional career.
