Rune Petersen struck from close range in the seventh minute and then, just a little over a minute later, Miguel Moreno blasted a in laser from just inside the box on the right. Andrew Garcia was in a generous mood, providing assists on both scores.

The first half offensive onslaught continued when Petersen scored off a Christian Vallin helper at 23'. An A'Tonal Torres from Brian Mariano goal in the 50th minute made it 4-0, but Napa scored at 63' and 69' to make things a bit uncomfortable for WVC. Patrick Brasil picked up the win in goal, stopping three Storm shots in 70 minutes of work.

The Vikings (2-4-1) are now unbeaten in three straight fixtures and open Coast-North Conference action Tuesday, Sept. 28 with a home game against Chabot (0-5-0). Kickoff at Dick Schwendinger Field is 4:00pm.
