Vikings stay perfect in Coast with sweep of Rams

The West Valley volleyball team improved to 2-0 in the Coast-South with a 25-13, 25-11, 25-21 win at City College of San Francisco Tuesday night. The Vikings (9-2, 2-0 Coast) had 42 kills against the Rams (1-7, 0-1), paced by Taylor Tullo's match-high 16 and seven each from Katie Kishton and Alina Valenti. Kishton also had five service aces and eight digs. Flor Porras recorded 10 digs and three aces, while Sydney Rogers handed out 33 assists and had five digs and two aces. Hailey Keith finished with seven assists and an ace.

The Vikings travel to Gilroy Friday (10/8) for a match against Gavilan (0-8, 0-1). First serve is 6:30pm.
