After West Valley's 14-game winning streak was snapped Thursday, the Vikings dropped their second straight to Cabrillo, 7-3 in Aptos Saturday. The Vikings (24-8, 10-2 Coast-South) fell out of first in the Coast-South for the first time in 2025, a game behind Ohlone (23-8, 11-1).

The Seahawks (12-19, 5-7) answered with a solo score in the home half of the 1st and three more in the 4th. The Vikings climbed to within 4-3 in the 5th when Estrada scored on Laxa's RBI-groundout to second. Cabrillo put it away with two tallies in the 5th and one in the 8th.
