Ben Baker, who led West Valley to the 2020 Coast-South championship, was named to the 2019-20 All-State team, the California Community College Men's Basketball Coaches Association announced Tuesday.

The 6-2 freshman guard from Berkeley led the Vikings with 19.2 points-per-game and 8.3 rebounds-per-game and was second assists (2.4) and steals (1.3). He was the Coast-South Player of the Year, an All-Coast-South First Team selection and was the MVP of the Monterey Peninsula College Holiday Invitational last December.
