Five members of the West Valley women's soccer team earned California Community Colleges Soccer Coaches Association (CCCSCA) Scholar Athlete recognition for their classroom excellence in the Fall 2020 semester. Coach Jennifer Kerwin rercently announced Claire Dryden, Kiana Miller, Nicole Nunes, Sara Prough and Sophia Ulloa were named to the prestigious CCCSCA honor roll. To be considered, athletes must have played one season, completed at least 24 units and maintained a minimum 3.3 GPA.

Miller also earned the 2020 WVC Charest Female Scholarship, while Prough and Ulloa were named 2019 All-Coast Conference Honorable Mention.
