The West Valley tennis team stayed unbeaten in the Coast Conference with an 8-1 win at chilly Chabot Friday afternoon. The Vikings (5-1, 5-0 Coast) got double-win days from Allison Bartlett, Sonya Hu, Lindsay Lee and Abigail Prokter, while Brynn McKenzie, Lavanika Sharma and Tal Volinsky picked up one win each against the Gladiators (3-4, 3-1).

West Valley hosts defending Coast champion and 2022 state runner-up Cañada (2-1, 1-1) Friday (3/3). First serve is 2:00pm.
