Lindsay Lee, Brynn McKenzie and Abigail Prokter each had two-win afternoons to lead the West Valley tennis team to an 8-1 win over defending Coast champion Cañada Friday at the West Valley Tennis Center. The win completed an unblemished first half of the conference schedule for the Vikings (6-1, 6-0 Coast), whose only 2023 loss is to William Jessup University, an NAIA squad.

After a SoCal visit this week to the College of the Desert (4-0), WVC begins the second half of the Coast season against Cabrillo (0-4, 0-2) Friday (3/10) in Saratoga. First serve is 2:00pm.
