Mapuhol Sekona's 19 kills led the West Valley volleyball team to a 25-22, 25-19, 25-17 sweep of Ohlone Wednesday night in Fremont. Sekona, currently 2nd in the CCCAA in total kills and 3rd in kills-per-set, is coming off 28-kill and 22-kill outings against Feather River and Santa Rosa. Claire Danna recorded a career-high six kills for West Valley. The Vikings (6-4) host Foothill (3-6) Sept. 26. First serve is 6:30pm.
